While blockchain transactions are inherently final, eligible refunds will be honored in the same cryptocurrency, based on the USD value at the time of payment, in accordance with our Refund Policy.

4. Refund Policy
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on most of our digital products and subscriptions under certain conditions. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at support@tiboda.digital with your order details. Certain services or custom work may not be eligible for refunds. Refunds for cryptocurrency payments are supported. If your order qualifies for a refund, we will issue it in the same cryptocurrency used for payment, based on the USD-equivalent value at the time of the original transaction, regardless of the current market rate. This protects both parties from cryptocurrency price volatility.

We are not obliged to offer more than a 100% refund for our product.
Minor blockchain network or processing fees may apply.
Refunds may take additional time depending on blockchain congestion or transaction speed.
In rare cases of extreme network congestion, delays may occur.
If the refund involves manual wallet address entry, we are not responsible for losses caused by incorrect addresses submitted by the customer. Always double-check your wallet address when requesting a refund.
We use third-party platforms and services to process payments and refunds, including NowPayments, Binance, and hot wallet addresses. These services are used securely but may introduce external factors that affect timing and transaction handling.
