Tiboda Digital Refund Policy
At Tiboda Digital, we are committed to delivering high-quality digital solutions, services, and educational products. Due to the nature of our offerings, we maintain a fair, clear, and transparent refund policy.
1. Digital Products (Templates, Automation Systems, Downloads)
All digital product purchases are non-refundable once downloaded, accessed, or delivered. This includes, but is not limited to, templates, automation tools, design assets, and digital files.
Exception:
If you encounter a technical issue preventing access or use, you must notify us within 7 days of purchase. We will work to resolve the issue. If the issue cannot be resolved and the product has not been significantly used, we may issue a refund at our sole discretion.
2. Design & Marketing Services
All custom services (branding, design, marketing, automation setup, etc.) are eligible for a refund only before the project begins.
Once we have started working on your project (including initial drafts, consultations, or strategy sessions), no refunds will be issued. If you're unsatisfied, we offer revision rounds as outlined in your service agreement.
3. Online Courses & Educational Programs
All course and program sales are final unless otherwise stated on the course sales page.
We may offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for select courses if:
You have not completed more than 20% of the course content, and
You submit a written request within 7 days explaining why the course did not meet your expectations.
4. Subscriptions (Tools, Templates, or Automation Access)
Subscription payments are non-refundable after the billing cycle has started. You may cancel your subscription at any time to avoid future charges.
For annual plans, we do not offer partial refunds unless a documented service failure occurs.
5. Affiliate Programs
Affiliate earnings and transactions are subject to their own program terms. Affiliates are not eligible for refunds on tools or resources provided as part of affiliate access.
6. License and Usage
All products and services are intended for personal or business use as specified in your license. Unauthorized redistribution, reselling, or reproduction is a violation of our terms and may void your license without refund.
